It is comforting to read that someone else has had/is having the same problem, I have a new computer running Vista home and Office 2007, also total internet security package. Exactly the same problem, I refuse to disable my antispam and antivitus, and one of my clients received 52 copies of the same e-mail and attachment (4mb) as you have stated what is wrong with Microsoft that they cannot improve their stuff, only make it more complicated and less efficient. I am now going to download Thunderbird and try that. I may have to forsake MS altogether if they get any worse.

Actually, I think I've come to the same conclusion. A couple of months ago I lost access to all my flash drives as well as my DVD drive... turned out I'd got a virus. Where was Trend Micro then? When it came back from the computer store they'd disabled one of the Trend components so I uninstalled and re-installed the software and since then every time I close Outlook I get a pop-up saying Trend Micro Anti-Spam has encountered a problem. So I may have to remove the Spam filter anyway. In January when I need to renew I may go back to AVG which I have on my laptop. I see you operate an anti-virus site... I'll have to look at your recommendations.

Personally I do not like the Trend Micro Spam fillter. It is not user friendly and I just can't get used to it. While you are at greater risk with out it I have found my mail system run's far faster when it is disabled. Plus most of us can tell a spam message when we get it.

Howdy, I found your website a little while ago and have read all the posts slowly. I thought should post my firstcomment. Not really sure what to write but here goes. Interesting site. Will call back in a while to hear more of what youd like to offer.
